Math Olympiad Enrichment Program
The Math Olympiad Enrichment Program offered by Sierra Chinese School focuses on critical thinking and problem solving skills that are not taught in usual day school classrooms. The program will engage students in creative problem solving practices to develop their ability to reason, to be logical, and to be resourceful. It will be a valuable addition to studentsí routine school math study. Our curriculum is developed based on materials from math competition organizers such as MOEMS, MathLeague.Org, and MAA.org. The program is designed for 4th -8th graders with advanced school math placement. We also help students prepare for math competitions available in the local area and on the state level. Our instruction language is English.
In 2018-2019 school year, the MO program offers classes at three levels. We will evaluate students to determine their class placement.
